Tandem Language Exchange
There is also a possibility to practice your language skills with a so-called Tandem Partner, who is a native speaker of your target language. Depending on Tandem partners' needs for language learning, the Tandem pair can practice both of the partners' target languages reciprocally as they best see fit: study grammar, discuss texts or practice oral skills over coffee.
It is possible either take the Language and Culture Tandem (KIEL9002) course (2 credits), where one of the languages has to be Finnish or take tandem simply as a freetime activity without any academic objectives.
